Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the protein powder, almond milk, xanthan gum, and ice cubes to a high-powered blender.
- Blend Until Fluffy: Blend on high for 2–3 minutes until the mixture becomes very thick and fluffy, almost tripling in volume.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste the fluff and add sweetener if desired, blending briefly again to incorporate.

Notes
- For a creamier texture, use casein protein powder or a mix of whey and casein.
